Directions
Bethel Gospel Assembly is located near the heart of Harlem at 2-26 East 120th
Street in New York City. The church covers one square city block extending
between Fifth and Madison Avenues. The main entrance is on the 120th Street
side of the church overlooking Mount Morris Park.
Directions by Subway
Take the #2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 train to 125th Street. Walk downtown and
across to Madison Avenue and 120th Street.
Directions by Bus
Take the #1 bus uptown to 121st Street and Madison Avenue, or #1 bus downtown
to 120th Street and Fifth Avenue, or #7 bus uptown to 119th Street and Lenox
Avenue or #7 bus downtown to 121st Street and Lenox Avenue. Walk east to 120th
Street between Fifth and Madison Avenues.
Directions by Car
Henry Hudson Parkway Northbound – take the 125th Street exit and
travel across 125th Street to Fifth Avenue. Turn right onto Fifth Avenue and
proceed to 124th Street. Bear to right and travel around the park to 120th
Street.
Henry Hudson Parkway / Harlem River Drive Southbound – take the 142nd Street
& Fifth Avenue exit and proceed down Fifth Avenue to 124th Street. Bear to
right and travel around the park to 120th Street.
Queens - Triboro Bridge to Manhattan – Take 125th Street exit.
Take 125h Street to Fifth Avenue. Turn left onto Fifth Avenue and proceed to
124th Street. Bear to right and travel around park to 120th Street.
Brooklyn – Brooklyn/Queens Expressway - Take I-278
East/Brooklyn-Queens Expressway towards Triboro Bridge/LaGuardia Airport. Stay
straight to go onto I-278 East. Merge onto Triboro Bridge. Take the ramp
towards Harlem River Drive/125th Street-2nd Avenue. Take 125th Street to Fifth
Avenue. Turn left onto Fifth Avenue and proceed to 124th Street. Bear to right
and travel around park to 120th Street.
Bronx – Bruckner Expressway towards Manhattan. Merge onto
Major Deegan Expressway. Take the 138th Street exit. Make a left at traffic
light onto 138th Street. Cross the bridge and bear left onto Fifth Avenue and
proceed to 124th Street. Bear to right and travel around park to 120th Street.
Bronx – Cross Bronx Expressway to Major Deegan Expressway
South. Take the 138th Street exit. Make a right at the traffic light and cross
the 138th Street Bridge. Bear left onto Fifth Avenue and proceed to 124th
Street. Bear to right and travel around park to 120th Street.
New Jersey – Take 95 North, Route 4 East or Route 80 East to
George Washington Bridge ($6.00 toll if you do not have EZ Pass). As you are
crossing the bridge follow signs to the Harlem River Drive. Exit Harlem River
Drive at 142nd Street and Fifth Avenue. Proceed down Fifth Avenue to 124th
Street. Make a right at the stop sign and travel around the park to 120th
Street. Go through the traffic light at Fifth Avenue and the church is on your
right.
Parking
Parking is available on the 120th Street side of the church as well as on Fifth
Avenue and Madison Avenues. Please pay attention to alternate side of the
street parking signs and the no parking zone near the hospital.
